Refunds

Before requesting a refund, please give us the opportunity to assist you with any issues. Contact our support team through Live Chat, a support ticket, or by email at [email protected], and please allow 24-72 hours for our team to respond. We strive to address your concerns promptly, but we appreciate your understanding if it takes a little longer.

Due to the digital nature of our products, once downloaded, they are non-returnable. Therefore, all sales are final. There is no trial period or grace period for digital products, so refunds cannot be provided once a purchase is completed. However, if you haven’t downloaded the product or if it is damaged, unusable, or doesn’t work as described, we may issue a refund after reviewing the issue.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You simply change your mind about the purchase.
  • You decide not to use the product.
  • The product was downloaded successfully and is functioning as expected.
  • The product doesn’t meet your personal expectations or specific requirements.

Refund Exclusions

No refunds will be issued for:

  • GPL Storage Memberships once products have been downloaded.
  • Renewals, which are non-refundable.
  • Discounts or special offers, which apply only to future purchases and cannot be used for refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.

Refund Criteria

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product is completely non-functional or fails to perform as described.
  • The main description of the product was misleading or inaccurate.
  • You haven’t yet downloaded the product.

In line with EU consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund within 14 days from the purchase date if you haven’t downloaded the product or started using any purchased services. Once you download the product or services have begun, you forfeit your right to a refund.

Situations Where Refunds May Be Refused

We may refuse a refund if:

  • You change your mind about the item or subscription.
  • You made a mistaken purchase, and the product was already downloaded.
  • The product was purchased by someone else using your payment details.
  • You are unable to install the product (we are happy to assist you with this).
  • The product is incompatible with your WordPress setup or server environment.
  • The product functions as expected but doesn’t meet your specific needs.
  • You received a message about needing a license key but the product is fully functional.
  • You encounter installation issues or break your website during installation.
  • You didn’t provide necessary access for troubleshooting.

Please note, while you may cancel your subscription at any time, refunds are not available for cancellations.
