If you need technical support for a specific theme or plugin, you will need to either purchase the product directly from the author (a link is provided on the product page) or hire a freelancer to assist you.

You can receive support from GPL Storage for up to one year after you purchase a product.

You can submit a support ticket from your account zone. Support is available only for active members or those who have purchased a product within one year from the date the ticket is submitted for the specific product they bought.

If our subscription with the original developer expires and we decide not to renew it, you will not receive any further updates for that product. For products from Envato Elements, if the developer withdraws the product from the platform, we will be unable to provide any more updates. Additionally, we occasionally remove products from our store due to trademark disputes or DMCA notices.

You will still be able to use the products even after your membership expires. While downloads and updates will no longer be available, your currently installed plugins or themes will continue to function on your websites. You can update a purchased product for up to one year from the date of purchase. After this period, if you wish to receive updates again, you would need to repurchase the product.
To regain access to downloads, you will need to repurchase the product or join our VIP membership.
